What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website work, remember your preferences and, with your permission, allow content from other services to be shown.

How we use cookies

HOLOS Integrative Health & Wellness Centre (holos.org.uk) only uses cookies that are necessary for the website to work, unless you choose to allow more. Content from YouTube, Google Maps and our marketing tools is blocked until you give consent through our cookie banner.

Cookie categories

Necessary: required for the website to function and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.

Functional: allow us to show the YouTube video on our homepage and Google Maps of our clinics. If you do not allow these, the video and maps will not load.

Marketing: allow us to use Hostinger Reach for email marketing and sign-up features.

Third-party cookies

When you allow functional or marketing cookies, the providers above may set their own cookies. We do not control these. Please see their policies for details: Google cookie policy and Hostinger cookie policy.

Managing your choices

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the website may not work as intended.
